Northern Beaches electrician

Where we work.

Electrical3 is based on South Creek Road in Cromer, covering the Northern Beaches, the North Shore, the Northern Suburbs and the Eastern Suburbs. These are the suburbs we work in — each with what actually makes the wiring different there, rather than the same page with the name swapped.

Northern Beaches

Northern peninsula — Palm Beach to Bayview

Older beach houses and weekenders, many timber-framed and set on steep or stepped blocks.

Mid peninsula — Mona Vale to Freshwater

Post-war brick and fibro homes, many renovated or extended, alongside newer townhouses and duplexes.

Manly and the harbour side

Federation semis and cottages mixed with 1960s and 70s walk-up apartment blocks.

The forest suburbs and acreage

1960s to 1980s brick homes on larger blocks, many backing onto bushland.

Brookvale and Dee Why

A genuine mix — retail and light industrial alongside apartment blocks and post-war homes.

Lower North Shore

Harbourside — Kirribilli to Mosman

Harbourside apartments and terraces, many in older blocks with shared services.

North Sydney, Chatswood and the business centres

A working mix of commercial towers, shops and high-density residential.

Willoughby, Lane Cove and the leafy Lower North Shore

California bungalows and interwar homes alongside 1960s and 70s brick, on leafy blocks.

Upper North Shore

Upper North Shore — Lindfield to Hornsby

Large Federation and interwar homes on generous bush blocks, with post-war and newer builds among them.

Northern Suburbs

Hunters Hill, Gladesville and the Parramatta River

Heritage sandstone and Federation homes on the Parramatta River, mixed with newer waterfront apartments.

Ryde, Eastwood and Macquarie Park

Post-war brick homes on regular blocks, with pockets of newer high-density around the centres.

Epping, Carlingford and the bushland edge

Large family homes on generous blocks, many backing onto bushland and reserve.

Eastern Suburbs

Double Bay, Vaucluse and the harbour east

Large harbourside homes and older apartment blocks on steep, tightly held streets.

Bondi, Coogee and the eastern beaches

Interwar apartment blocks and semis close to the beach, with renovated cottages between them.

Paddington, Randwick and the inner east

Victorian terraces and workers' cottages alongside modern apartment towers.

Botany, Mascot and the port suburbs

A working mix of light industrial and post-war housing, with newer estates around the retail centres.
